The women are keeping pace with men these days trendy nearly in every field. They are more independent today than any dated in the world history. They are leading in medical, aviation, banking and lot more other industries. But it is not easy for a tribal woman to get such anadvanced education that can help them to compete with the fast growing world. SERUDS (Sai Educational Rural & Urban Development Society) is there to make such women belief that they too can lead an independent and secure lifetime by polishing some of the skills. On behalf of making this dream comes true.

As everybody know, good financial condition of a family helps in many ways. Individual can easily survive in any struggle with the help of capital, where it is needed. The upward living cost makes many families to suffer then most of the tribal or poor families suffer since they have a limited source of income. SERUDSis doing a great job as a women empowerment NGO. Such vocational courses help them to make some additional money so that they can face every financial ups and downs of life. Apart from that, a financially strong woman gets additional attention and feels more independent and secure. She also gets the proper respect by her family members. So, such kind of training is also helpful for women to advance a higher social status. It is just an honest step towards women empowerment.

Benefits:Education is especially central to women's empowerment, so far as it enables women to develop more productive both inside and outside the household. SERUDS is trying hard to make some positive changes in the lives of such people (orphans, destitute women etc.) who don't have a suitable condition to live a respectful life. The services to those people include shelter, food and other important things as well as love and care. We qualified specially those poor women and adolescent girls who are more literate than the normal ones of their society. They can choose the vocational skills of their choice, in which they can prove their ability.
